K-DOC and WeKnew Forge Partnership to Strengthen Global Medical Volunteer Efforts

K-DOC and the medical information content company WeKnew have pledged cooperation to enhance global medical volunteer content by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Through this agreement, both parties plan to advance healthcare content business initiatives aimed at supporting the international expansion of medical professionals and the broadening of global medical volunteer services. Specifically, they intend to jointly produce content for medical volunteer activities targeting underprivileged communities both domestically and internationally. The collaboration is expected to generate content essential for medical volunteer sites worldwide, addressing patient health literacy issues and contributing to the alleviation of health inequalities.

CEO Seung-kook Cho stated, "The greatest challenge medical professionals face during volunteer activities is communication with patients. Through this agreement, we aim to create patient-friendly content that everyone can understand, contributing to the creation of a healthier society."

WeKnew Representative Bo-Yul Hwang expressed, "We have entered an era where everyone can access accurate medical knowledge. We look forward to producing high-quality, easy-to-understand content that will be utilized in domestic and international medical volunteer efforts."
